- All rental items are rented for a total of three days.
- Additional days can be added for a $50 per day fee.
- A 50% deposit and a signed Rental Agreement are necessary for a valid order placement.
- A Damage Deposit based on order size will also be due prior to pickup and refunded to you once all of the florals are returned and assessed for any damage/loss.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How do I start the rental process?
Contact our team to discuss your vision and let us know which Collection and Rental Package would work best for your needs. Simply email us or submit the order form making sure to include the date of your event. We will gladly get back to you in regards to availability and further details.
Can I make changes to or cancel my rental order?
Certainly! As long as you provide a notice of 30 days in advance, you can modify or cancel your rental order with no additional fees. Cancellations made later than the 30 day notice will forfeit the initial 50% deposit.
The 3 day rental period is NOT enough for me. Can I extend that?
Yes! The rental period can be extended for an additional $50 per day fee. Extra rental days for pickup/drop off can be added only if that does not conflict with a different rental order already in place.
How do I make payments for my rental order?
To secure our services, we request a 50% down-payment at the time of booking, followed by the remaining 50% to be paid one week prior to the event. The Refundable Damage Deposit will also be due at that time. Payments are made through e-Transfer to our email address.
When and how will my Damage Deposit be refunded back to me?
Once the rental order has been returned and assessed for any damage and/or loss, you should expect to receive your Damage Deposit back through e-Transfer to your email address within 3 days.
My wedding is in Canmore/Banff or other location outside the Edmonton area. Can I still place a rental order?
Absolutely! As long as the florals will be carefully taken care of, transported accordingly and returned on time. Weddings outside the Edmonton area might require a rental period extension.

“Better than I imagined”

“Huge budget saver”
